Family Involvement

Campus Portal: Every family should register for a Campus Portal account. This allows access to report card grades, assessment results, attendance, behavior, and more. Contact our Attendance Secretary, Teresa Leedham, to get your Activation Code. Once you have received the code, you may register for Campus Portal.

Parent/Guardian Commitment

Ensure that my child attends school on time everyday.
Keep track of student grades and attendance using Schoology.
Review homework assignments and offer assistance when needed.
Attend school functions and support school activities.
Make every effort to attend parent-teacher conferences and student-led data conferences.
Contact a teacher or administrator when a concern arises.
I have read and agree to abide by the provisions of the 2021-2022 AMS Student Handbook.

Student Commitment

Attend school every day and arrive to class on time.
Follow all school policies.
Complete all assignments to the best of my ability.
Ask for help if I don't understand or have questions about my work and/or expectations.
Notify my parent, a teacher, or an administrator to request support if concerns arise.
Bring my laptop to school every day charged and ready to go.
